
Spicy Shrimp Stir Fry

Asian cuisine has always had me intrigued, I used to work at a Chinese restaurant and I had fun making these recipes. After a several months, I found outside of the recipes, They can easily be made in many different ways. The ingredient options are endless honestly, this allows you to build your flavors and make it your own. This recipe is perfect with spice and savory flavor.
Ingredients:
2 - 2 1/2 lbs Shrimp
8 oz Shitake Mushrooms
14 oz Snow Peas
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 bunch Green Onion
1/4 cup Low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup white wine or Rice vinegar
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 tsp sesame see oil
Cooking Instructions:
Oil your Wok or Griddle over medium heat. Lay down your veggies of choice and cook them for about 1 minute per side until veggies get a little tender, you still want the crispy veggies crunchy.
Add your shrimp and cook for about 2 mins. If you have larger shrimp go 2 1/2 and smaller shrimp it may determine,When it shrivels up, then you know your in good hands.
Shrimp has a pink color to them when they are fully cooked. So cook them to right there. Mix everything together and serve over white rice.
