Shrimp Boil Packets - Easy Seafood Boil
Shrimp and seafood are one of my favorite things to eat. This Shrimp boil packet is such an easy way to get that seafood boil flavor with less hassle. Keeping all those flavors in a packet, really makes this dish so tasty. You will have this on the dinner table in no time, it is just that easy.
Seafood Foil Packets
Ingredients:
1 lb. Jumbo Shrimp
2 fillets of white fish of your choice
3 baby red potatoes
2 sweet corn
1 Hillshire Farm’s smoked sausage of your choice
6 Asparagus stalks
4 tbsp unsalted butter
Extra Virgin Olive oil
Your favorite Cajun seasoning – I created a Cajun seasoning specifically for this cook. Search in my recipes for Cajun seasoning.
This recipe makes two large foil packets
Cooking Instructions
This recipe is really easy to prepare, and requires little cooking.

To start off we are going to boil the red potatoes whole and skin on for 10 minutes. Once cooked, cut the potatoes in quarter wedges. Chop your asparagus, corn, sausage, and fish fillets to the desired size.
Lay a sheet of foil dull side up and place all of your ingredients in the middle.
Squeeze a half of lime, drizzle some olive oil and season with your Cajun seasoning. Toss it around and season well. Place your butter right on top
Wrap the foil packet tight, and place on a baking sheet with a rack.
In a preheated oven at 400 degrees, cook for 20 – 25 minutes until the fish and shrimp are cooked.
