Salsa verde is a really great salsa for beef or tacos. It adds a wonderful flavor and is really easy to make. I make salsa often and love adding many different flavors to them. This is great with chips also.
4 garlic cloves
½ cup cilantro
1 tsp Oregano
Salt to taste
Cooking your tomatillos and jalapenos can be done in different ways. You can boil, broil, grilled (my favorite) or toast them on a griddle. Toasting or broiling give a nice roasted flavor. How ever which way you want to cook them is up to you. I cook my ingredients in different ways depending how I feel like.
Place all of your ingredients in a blender including a cup of water and blend well.
Season to taste
