Red Salsa
This red salsa recipe will be on your rotation if you love salsa. Salsa is a great side dish that you can use as a condiment on your food or with chips as an appetizer. There are many ways to make salsa depending on the ingredients you want to use. This is just a basic one I make often, but it makes a nice additive to the food. When I make salsa, I want a nice kick from the peppers and a nice garlic flavor. Those are the two things I look for when trying a salsa.
