Pork Fried Rice
Pork fried rice is an easy dish, you are blending many ingredients to make something beautiful and delicious. Once its cooked, you only need one plate to serve it on and that is the star of the meal. This recipe has some good flavor and its all you need.
Marinade
¼ cup ketchup
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp ground ginger
1tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp sugar
1-3 dried Japanese chili’s crushed
Marinate the pork for a couple of hours.
Ingredients:
2lbs of pork cubed
3 celery stalks chopped
Half large Onion sliced
2 carrots halved and chopped
1 small bag of frozen peas
2 eggs scrambled
Two cups of precook rice
Begin by cooking your marinated pork and about half way, you want to begin sautéing the
Onion, celery and carrots. Over medium heat, the pork should be done within 7 – 8 mins, stir occasionally. Once the pork and veggies are done, go ahead and combine them together.
Now add your frozen peas and allow them to cook, they cook fairly fast and should be done within a minute.
Cook your scrambled eggs and chop into pieces once it is done.
Add your cooked rice and mix all together.
At the end add a little Sesame seed oil for some extra flavor.
