Lobster tails are a delicacy for a special occasion. Surprise your special someone with Lobster tail and steak dinner on the romantic date night of Valentine’s day. This is easy to do and is really yummy.
2 – 4 oz Lobster tails
8 tbsps unsalted butter
1 tbsp of your favorite Cajun seasoning or seafood seasoning
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 lemon for serving
In a sauce pan or pot, melt the butter on low heat. Once the butter has melted, scoop the white floating stuff that is on the top. Then strain in a fine mesh strainer to get any leftover milk.

In a bowl mix your Cajun seasoning and lemon pepper together.
Baste the lobster tails with butter and season with your Cajun seasoning/lemon pepper mixture.
Place on a baking sheet with a rack and place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees.
Cook the lobster tails on the medium rack for 15 to 18 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
Serve with some clarified butter and lemon
