Garlic Parmesan Chicken wings or chicken wings period are such easy appetizers to cook. You can fill up a couple of baking sheets with a rack and cook up plenty of wings for your guests. All you need to do is season them how ever you want and serve with carrots, celery and ranch. It is one of my top finger foods to make. Now then to season with this Parmesan and garlic marinade, oohh yeah, they are delicious! You might want to make a double batch of these.
Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings
12 – 15 chicken wings 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp garlic powder 1/2 tbsp onion powder 1/2 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp black pepper 1/2 tbsp smoked pepper 4-5 tbsp oil
In a large bowl, add the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper and paprika. Add oil little by little while stirring until you form a paste. About 4 -5 tbsp should be enough. Once you find the right consistency, mix well.
Add the marinade to the chicken and coat the wings well. You can place in a zip-lock bag or bowl covered with plastic wrap. Place in fridge and marinade for at least 30 minutes. Overnight marinating is best if you have time.
Place your wings on a baking sheet with a rack.
In a preheated oven at 375 degrees, cook for 35 – 40 minutes or until the internal temperature is 175 degrees.
After 20 minutes of cook time, flip the wings to allow cooking on the other side.
Serve with your favorite condiments and enjoy!
