Cream Cheese Dip

This cream cheese dip is so easy and perfect for parties. You can prepare it fast and have it ready in no time. When I make this, I make a double batch. It does not last, your friends and family will enjoy this easy appetizer.



Ingredients:

2 - 8oz Packages of Cream Cheese softened

1 - 10oz can of Mild Rotel

1 - 7oz can of Sliced Jalapenos, along with some of the juice from the can (use as many jalapenos you are comfortable with)

1 tbsp Garlic Paste

1/2 Red Onion finely chopped

2.5 oz bag of Bacon Bits

3-4 Sweet Peppers

1/2 Bunch of Cilantro minced


Assembly Instructions:

Let you cream cheese come to room temperature, this will allow everything to mix evenly.

Chop finely your onions, sweet peppers and jalapenos and mince the cilantro.

In a large bowl, add all of your ingredients along with some juice from the can of jalapenos.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well

Place in the fridge to cool and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
