Stir fry’s are an easy way to make a meal after a busy day. It takes little time for prep and cooks fast. You can serve this with some rice or noodles to make the perfect meal.
Chicken Stir Fry
7 Boneless Chicken Thighs cut into squares
1 half medium onion sliced
8 oz Sliced Mushrooms
1 crown of Broccoli chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
4 tbsp soy sauce
Salt and Pepper to season
Sesame Seed oil to taste
Over medium/high or high heat, place your chicken in your wok, pan or griddle. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add the soy sauce and minced garlic and mix thoroughly. Allow the chicken to cook for 4-5 mins and stir occasionally. Once the chicken is cooked add your veggies and allow about 2 mins to cook. Mix the veggies with the chicken so you can get an even portion of all of the ingredients. Once the veggies are flash cooked, remove everything from the heat.
Serve over white rice or noodles.
