Chicken Noodle soup is a staple in my home. When seasons change, I have to make it. It’s a great meal when your or the family member is under the weather or just looking for a comfort meal. A chicken noodle soup recipe is a must in your kitchen.
Chicken Noodle Soup
2 large chicken breast 1/2 medium onion chopped 2 celery stalks chopped 1 large carrot chopped 2 medium potatoes chopped 1/3 lbs of egg noodle 2 tbsp Knorrs chicken bouillon 12 cups water
Season water with Chicken Bouillon and heat up over medium heat. Place chicken in the pot and cover. Cook for 18 to 20 mins. Once chicken is done, remove and shred. Add carrots, onion, potatoes and celery and let cook for 10 minutes while you shred the chicken. After 10 minutes add the noodle and chicken. Let it cook for another 8 mins or until the noodles are done.
