Beef Stir Fry

This beef stir fry is such a wonderful dish, and your loved ones will never want take out again. My days working in a Chinese restaurant had let me to loving Asian cuisine. I have always loved to learn new cooking techniques and styles, which this dish was inspired by the awesome flavors Asian cuisine offers. This is easy and you can have it whipped up in no time.



2 ½ lbs beef thinly sliced

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup white wine vinegar

1 lime

1 tbsp sriracha hot sauce

2 tbsp Plum sauce

1 tbsp ground ginger

1 tbsp garlic powder

2 tbsp red curry paste

Couple squirts of sesame seed oil

14 oz’s rice noodles

Veggies of your choice

Start off by cooking your rice noodles as directed by the instructions on the box. Cook the noodles to the lowest time suggested to have a nice bite and allow noodles to absorb the marinade while cooking.

Combine all the components of your marinade and add it to your beef. Allow the marinade to sit with the beef in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to cooking.

Over medium heat, add your beef to an oiled griddle or wok and cook for 4 minutes stirring occasionally.

Once the beef is cooked, add in your veggies and cook for another couple of minutes stirring occasionally.

Add in the noodles, incorporate evenly and serve.

If you feel it needs salt, add at the end.
