Baked Tilapia
This dish I make often, it is one of my after work type of meals. It is quick and easy to prep and make. That homemade Cajun seasoning really goes great on Tilapia or anything in general. Pair this perfectly cooked tilapia with your favorite baked veggies and a nice rice or quinoa.
Ingredients:
Cajun Seasoning:
2 ½ tbsp Course Kosher Salt or 2-3 tsp fine sea salt
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Dried Parsley
1 tsp Dried Bay Leaves
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
In a pestle and mortar or spice blender, add in the bay leaves and parsley. Grind or blend to a fine dust.
In a larger bowl mix everything and bottle.
