Air Fryer Stuffed Chicken Breast

A great way to make a delicious and healthy chicken breast is stuffing it and adding some cheese and fresh veggies. There is nothing plain or boring about this chicken breast, it has good flavor and will serve its purpose. The best part is you can add or take away as much as you want in the filling, so feel free to customize to your liking

Ingredients
Chicken Breast (Butterflied)
Bell Pepper (sliced)
Red Onion (sliced)
Roma Tomatoes (diced)
Mushrooms (sliced)
Monterrey Jack Cheese (Shredded)
Your favorite seasoning for the chicken
(note*) You can add so much to this recipe, please feel free to customize your meal.
Start off by butterflying the chicken or slice on the side creating a pocket.
Season the chicken
Stuff with your cheese and veggies and close together with toothpicks or tips of skewers
Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees and set the cook time for 15 minutes.
Once preheated, spray the grate with cooking oil and place the chicken in to begin cooking
At 15 mins, check the temperature of the chicken, if its at 165 degrees it is done. If not continue for another 5 mins until it reaches the internal temp of 165 degrees.
Let rest for 5-6 mins
Remove skewer tips/toothpicks and serve.
