I love my chicken breast to be flavorful and juicy. To achieve the perfect juiciness, I cook to temperature. I aim for my chicken breast to cook to 165 - 170 degrees, at that temperature range you have a safe piece of chicken and juicy. Nobody likes a dry chicken breast. Keep in mind, it does cook a little faster on smaller air fryers. This recipe is for the 10 quart.
Season your chicken breast with your favorite seasoning. The chicken breast I used was a whole large breast, if smaller reduce the initial time. Always test your air fryer before cooking. Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees and set the cook time for 30 mins. I did have the vent closed on the air fryer, this is only an option on the Nuwave Brio 10 quart. Flip every 10 mins until the timer is done. Temp the chicken breast and make sure it hits the internal temp of 165 degrees. If the internal temp is not 165, cook for an additional time of 5 mins until so. To ensure a perfectly cooked chicken breast, do not go over 170 degrees.
Serve and enjoy!
