Air Fryer Carnitas Taco's

Carnitas is traditionally fried pork then slowly cooked to tenderize. This recipe makes it simple to do in the air fryer. You get a very flavorful pork and really tender. Show your a boss in the kitchen when you serve these tacos to your family.
Air Fryer Carnitas Recipe
Marinade
3 lbs of Pork butt or pork shoulder roast chunked
12 ounces of Coca Cola
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1 orange
2 tbsp of hot sauce (Recommended Valentina or Amor)
4 tbsp of your favorite taco seasoning
or you can make it with the ingredients below
2 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp of Chili powder
1 tbsp of dried crushed Oregano
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp of Ground Cumin
2 crushed bay leafs

Cook Time
380 degrees preheat and set for 45mins. Flip every 15 mins to allow even cooking.
After 45 mins of cooking, wrap all the pork pieces in foil and add juice from an orange. Seal the pork properly to ensure the steam stays in the wrap. Place in the air fryer and set the temp to 380 degrees and cook for 30 mins. Remove the pork from the foil and shred apart with forks. You should have a juicy easy to pull apart meat.
Get your favorite Corn Tortillas and fill your taco with that juicy and tender pork, chopped cilantro, chopped onions and top with your favorite salsa. Don’t forget the radishes and lemons on the side.
