Air Fryer Cajun Wings on the GowiseUSA's Airwise Fryer - Today we are doing some Cajun Chicken wings on my new Airwise Fryer from GowiseUSA. I love me some chicken wings made in the air fryer, there is no hassle of using, storing or discarding oil when you use the air fryer. They come out nice and crispy when they are done.
Ingredients:
14-20 drums and flat of your preference
1 cup All Purpose flour
3-4 tbsp of your favorite Cajun seasoning
In a bowl, combine your flour and Cajun seasoning together and mix well. Then drop your wing in the seasoned flour and give a good coating on the chicken wing and shake off any excess.
Once you have all your wings battered, place your wings in the air fryer. Set the cook mode to chicken or manually for 20 mins at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
About the half way mark of the cook time, open the air fryer and spray the wings on the white parts of the batter with some olive oil. Shake the wings around to cook the other side. Spray oil on other side if needed.
Let the wings cook for the remainder of the time and once done check to ensure the internal temperature of the wings are 175 degrees.
Serve and Enjoy!
